has anybody had this problem?

On some computers, the memory bar at the bottom of the menu shows the correct location of the thumb drive. But on my computer, it shows the C: drive. What causes this? what can I do to fix it? My computer is a HP running XP SP1.

Can you please tell us the location of your copy of PAM? Are you running it from the USB drive or the C: drive?

Portable Apps Menu

The Portable Apps menu is on my thumb drive, which on my computer is J:\
