it would be nice if we could have a app that you can listen to radio stations that was portable. I personally have tapin Radio, but it is a paid app not a freeware. I tried installing Radiosure but it would not connect. Hopefully, you can develop or come up with a new freeway package should accomplishes what I’ve been talking about above.

There's Screamer Radio (https://portableapps.com/node/79228) as mentined by ANTICHRISTUS REX (thanks) and also RadioSure (https://portableapps.com/node/79227).
RadioSure needs a workaround to use it (download a file and put it into a sub-directory), but it's worth a try.
